As one of Technoivity's Founding Partners, Matt works with new clients to understand their requirements and help to develop a vision of their business aspirations.

Benefiting from years of experience working across the not for profit sector, Matt is able to leverage his considerable practical knowledge across IT and HRIS projects when working with senior directors to develop strategies,  statements of works and individual work packages for delivery.

​

Highly skilled and experienced at Prince 2 and Agile project methodologies (holding practitioner certificates in both) Matt is able to bring varying cuts of project management styles to suit the client rather than 'out of the box' interpretations.

​

When working on deliverables for clients Matt tends to focus on Project and Programme management and is well skilled in delivering both technical IT projects (Data centre moves, system upgrades and deployments) through to softer projects (data lead projects, systems improvement programmes and O365 adoption).

Recent initiatives that Matt has been engaged in include:

Two successfully delivered Oracle Fusion Programmes (HCM, OCR, Payroll, ERP and EPM), a complete system implementation, from requirements gathering through selection and implementation of iTrent and a video conferencing solution, a finance system upgrade and assisting a client to exit a shared service arrangement.
