As a Managing Director, Steve works directly with clients to deliver people-centric technology solutions, which deliver higher efficiency and quality levels. 

With a background delivering IT and HR systems and processes to Public, Private and Charity organisations, Steve is a proven project manager, system and process designer, and implementation specialist. His experience lies not only with exciting new implementations but delivering equally innovative improvements to business as usual processes and functions. 

Specialising in Microsoft 365 and the HR systems iTrent and Oracle HCM, Steve has designed processes and operating models for effective business transactions, including all facets of establishment and workforce management. Coupled to these are bespoke interfaces, business intelligence and dashboard solutions to deliver efficient and visible improvements and service levels.
