Head of Practice – Business Analysis and Test Management

As Head of Practice, focusing on Business Analysis and Test Management, Kylie works directly with clients to understand their requirements and business processes to facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver objectives and benefits within the scope of the project.

With a background in Private and Charity sectors on a range of small projects to large-scale programmes, Kylie has experience in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies and can tailor her approach to business analysis to suit the client’s style of working. Involved in the full project life cycle from requirement workshops, as-is and to-be process mapping, testing and defect management to user training and post go-live support.

Extensive experience in delivering implementation of new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software as well as continuous improvements and compliance driven modifications (in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics).

Specialising in stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure requirements and changes to business processes are fully understood and advocated, Kylie has designed effective communications, to-be processes and training resources to support new ways of working.
